Hello! I have a lot of questions about how migration works for tourist in the USA. I’m a Hispanic currently visiting my girlfriend in the US and I’m wondering if someone knows if it’s a good idea to stay 12 weeks or if it’s better to leave at week 11th (don’t think it makes much of a difference)
This is because I’m scared about getting my visa canceled the next time I come. I’ve had a visa for a year now so it’s kinda “new” if that also makes any difference. There’s a lot of information out there but everything feels like it depends on luck whether they question you or not.
Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated!
