Urgent: Spain Student Visa Question

Hello,

I’m currently studying abroad in Spain. I was supposed to obtain a TIE card (residency card) supposedly within 30 days of arriving. I did not get it at all. My student visa expired in April and I’m supposed to continue my studies for the next three years starting in the fall. Is there anyway to renew my student visa without a residency card? If I have to do the entire visa process again that’s fine too. I just want to know if I can go back without any issues.

I advise you to go back to your country and apply for a new student visa. But I tried to extend my student visa and they let me (maybe you can too).
