If you've got a new passport with a surname now and your visa still shows FNU (First Name Unknown), you'll need to update it. Contact the consulate or embassy where your visa was issued—they'll guide you through the process. You'll likely need to fill out a form, provide your old and new passports, and maybe attend an appointment. It's a bit of paperwork, but they'll help get your visa sorted with the correct surname.
