Property on parents name mandatory for visiting visa?

Hi All,
I want my parents to come here by april as my due date is in first week of may. My parents(lives in AP) doesn't have any property, bank accounts paying taxes, bonds, or shares on their name and my brother(stays in Mumbai as he works there) takes care of them who is yet to get married. my father does agriculture but its not on his name. My husband will sponsor for their complete trip. Can someone tell us how to get with this situation. How much bank balance do we need to show in my husbands account?

I would suggest ur husband to have atleast have $10,000 for both of them.Property in parents name is not mandatory but u have to show that u have strong bonds to the country.Usually they consider property a strong bondage to country.If u dont have just make sure to give them proofs like son is in India etc.
