Hi

I am in US on L1-B since march 15 2010.Now I am processing visitors visa to my parents ,since it's not been even 1 year I am here ,I don't have any w2 form .I am waiting for this year's W2 form . I wanted to know if 1 (i.e last year 2010) form is enough to apply for the visa or do I need to wait for another year to get one more W2 form. Please suggest me ..


Also, after I have all the document what would be my next action item can I fill the DS form.how would i know the PA date .Please help me

If you have not been here long enough to have W-2 form, it is not required. Show latest paystubs.
