US visa approved but no signature and stamp in our DS2019.

Hey all we are j2 visa holders,

We received our Philippine passport with the US visa sticker however, our DS2019 was not signed and stamped by the consul officerhttps://9apps.ooo/ .

What should we do? Would it be best to go back to the US embassy and have it signed and stamped? If yes, how long will it take for them to rectify the situation?
