Changing from Skill visa to dependent visa

Hi everyone, I have been working on a Skilled Worker visa as a software engineer for the past five months. My wife is also working under a sponsored visa as a registered nurse. I want to change my job, but the new job does not offer visa sponsorship. If I take a job without sponsorship, what are the implications? Gojenko, You need to get sponsorship. Does your new employer have a sponsor licence? Can they get one? You will need to leave the UK and apply to join your wife. You can only join her as a dependent if she applied prior to Oct 2024.
