My mom has been denied under 214b as usual twice, Ist time applied by my brother(F1 then, H1 now) at that time 2 yrs ago, my husband(citizen) applied for her & got rejected last year. Now I(green card holder) & my husband planning to invite her together. Can my brother(H1) also sponsor with us now? Any help would be great.

there is no need (or advantage) for too many people to sponsor someone together.

If my brother is living in the US on a H1 & I am the one sponsoring my mom with my husband, do I have to mention in my sponsor letter & my mom's affidavit? Does this have any relation with me & my husband sponsoring my mom? My mom has already been denied twice under 214b. Any suggestions?Comment

Your mother has to just mention in DS-156 application form that her son is in US.Immihelp Support
