How strict is the application of tourist visa to australia? There are a question asked about health condition and i had a tb couple years ago and the medication is finished and i ggot recovered. If i just said i never had it, will they know about health history?

Be honest on the form. If you had TB but are fully treated and cleared, it usually won’t block your visa — they might just ask for extra medical papers. Lying is riskier and could cause refusal.
