  • Work visa

Does anyone with a business willing or know of anyone or a company in NJ willing to sponsor someone for a work visa? He lives in portugal but he's looking to come here for work. He's an extremely hard worker. He does construction, heavy machinery, heavy welding, etc. Any offers or advice are appreciated. Thank you in advance

Finding a company in New Jersey willing to sponsor a work visa can be challenging but not impossible. Here are some steps and resources that might help:

Job Portals: Websites like Indeed often list jobs that explicitly mention visa sponsorship. Searching for roles in construction, heavy machinery, or welding in New Jersey could yield results.

H1B Visa Sponsors Database: Platforms like H1BGrader provide a list of companies in New Jersey that have sponsored work visas in the past. This could be a good starting point to identify potential employers.

Networking: Reaching out to local construction companies or unions in New Jersey might help. Sometimes, smaller businesses are open to sponsorship if they find the right candidate.

Recruitment Agencies: Agencies specializing in international placements can assist in connecting skilled workers with companies willing to sponsor visas.

    Best regards,
