How long is the CR1 process taking now?

My husband and I applied in February 2025 and my lawyer said expect 1-1.5 year. My husband is from South Korea and he joined a cr1 page for people from Korea to the U.S. and for mostly everyone on the page it’s taking 1.5 year in total like the whole process. I’m curious is that the time frame? Someone from a ******** Cr1 page said USCIS is back logged and it’s taking 17 months just for the initial approval https://speedtest.vet/ .

Hi austin, i applied in the same month 2025, the lawyer said 12- 15 months, do u have any updates ? in which service center is your case? Mine is in california.
