  • Ireland tourist visa

I want to visit a friend in Ireland coming september, my agent told me getting an ireland visa is more difficult than a UK visa(with Irish visa involved). I am an indian citizen with very less travel history, only to Thailand till now. How difficult is it to get the visa, should i wait for more time before i apply? I can get an invitation from UK and Ireland both but would that matter? https://omegle.onl/

Getting an Irish visa as an Indian citizen with limited travel history (only Thailand) for a September visit is certainly possible, but requires a strong application. Your agent's comment about an Irish visa being harder, especially with UK involvement, likely refers to the British-Irish Visa Scheme (BIVS), which requires meeting both countries' criteria. For a standalone Irish visa, the key is to demonstrate strong ties to India (job, family, assets) and sufficient funds, as your limited travel history means you'll need to compensate in these areas. An invitation letter from your friend in Ireland is crucial. You should apply soon (now for September) to allow ample processing time (up to 30 working days or more). While building more travel history could help for future applications, waiting isn't necessary if you can present a robust application now.
