Visitor Visa situation

We are sponsoring visa for my aunt. She has travelled to Switzerland 3 times and stayed for 1 year on each visit (legally). Now, in her visa interview will she be questioned about the reason for these visits to Swiss? Is this going to raise any flag? Any thoughts?
