US B1/B2 Visa but visiting for tourism

I have a usa business Visa that was applied with business purposes and docs but the deal did not materialize. I still have the Visa, can I visit for tourism instead? It says B1/B2 on the visa https://xender.vip/

You can still travel to the US if you have a B1/B2 visa. The B1/B2 visa is a combination non-immigrant visa
