Medical certificate for Spanish student visa

Hello, good afternoon, and please excuse my English. I’m Colombian with an au pair visa in the United States. I want to move to Spain to study a master’s degree, and I will handle all the visa paperwork at the Spanish Embassy in the U.S. What worries me the most is the medical certificate, as I’m not exactly sure where to get it.
