I have my flight from India to Tblisi booked but the return flight is not yet booked (will book in a few days) and don’t have accommodation bookings because I am going to do a rather random travel trip to 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 different cities. Are these tickets and hotel bookings necessary or can I also apply without them?
