Sponsoring finances for my mom, how to apply Japan visa

Hi, im Myanmar national, trying to apply for a Japan visa for my mom and im acting as the sponsor for all her travel expenses as she is unemployed and her personal bank account cannot be used as proof of funds. I want to know how i can go about declaring that I want to sponsor her? Because the visa application form only has the guarantor and inviter section and that is only for those who resides in Japan and are inviting the applicant over right? Am I still considered a guarantor? Please help if anyone knows, thank you omegle xender
