Student visa after escalation

I applied for student visa on 29th September and after a month and half they put my case on escalation and said to wait 15 days and I did and when I called they were like to wait is this happening with anyone else and why is this happening, I never messed up anywhere criminally. 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
