Help Needed: Six-Month Stay Abroad for Surgery & Wellness Program

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone can help because I haven’t been able to find clear answers anywhere. I’ve been offered a chance to travel abroad for a cosmetic surgery and weight-loss program, which requires me to stay for six months to complete the treatments and participate in filming. All expenses—surgeries, accommodation, meals, fitness, and activities—would be covered. I’d really love to take this opportunity, but I’m unsure what I need in order to legally stay for the full six months. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Six months is a bit too long for a regular tourist stay in most places, so you’ll probably need a long-term visa or something that specifically allows medical treatment abroad. A lot of clinics that work with international clients can help with the paperwork, so it might be worth asking them directly as well.
