JAPAN visa with COE from employer. What will i need?

I've been reading a lot about the documents I will need when applying for japan visa with COE from my employer. Everything else is fine but will I need a guaranter or payslips ? I graduated last year with Bsc. comp science and i have JLPT N3 and have only 5 months of experience working. My father is not working. Could this reject my visa? I'm not sure about all of this bcuz i will need to resign from my current company if i want to move forward with this

Based on your COE, a guarantor is likely not needed. Payslips from your current job are important to show financial history. Your degree and JLPT are strong positives.
