Voya turkey visa from Uk

Hi everyone, I booked a visa appointment on the Voya website but didn’t get a confirmation email. Is this normal or is the site having issues?

Also, when applying as a group, I selected two people but there was nowhere to enter my husband’s details after filling in my own (passport details). Does that get added later on the visa day or did I miss a step?

I didn't also see anywhere to select the type of visa i am applying for, it just took me straight to book a date and submit.
