I’m currently on a D4 visa in Seoul studying Korean. My school’s on holiday and haven’t updated my tuition payment receipt yet (it wasn’t possible for me to pay before everyone went on break). My ARC expires today and now that Seollal has started, I can’t access HiKorea’s e-application form nor can I actually get the documents from the school that I need to submit.
What are the penalties for overstaying until I can submit my documents right after Seollal ends? Is there anyway to appeal stating that due to my school not updating my tuition payment receipt, I was unable to send my extension application omegle xender ?
