1 Year Visitor Visa question

Hi,

My Parents got their Visitor Visa for 1 year. Next time when they apply is it required to go to Chennai consulate in person or can they apply through TTSVisas service i.e. by mail/dropdown box.

Thanks for immediate response. As, my parents are 60+ yrs old I thought
it's required for them to go in person only once for finger printing purpose.
