Regarding Kannada interview appt at Chennai Consulate

When is the best time to look for Kannada appointments at Chennai consulate? I have been trying to get an appointment for my parents for a long time with no luck. Please let me know if any of you have any suggestions regarding the specific time to look at.

I recently got an kannada intrvw appointment after trying for 15 days.We usually used to try 9pm EST,11PM EST then early morning 6 am EST.All the best,keep on trying.
