HDFC Receipt Deactivated.

My Mom's HDFC receipt is deactivated after I attemt to cancel appointment twice. I did not know until I cancel appointment about deactivation. How can I get reactivate HDFC receipt rathar than waiting for 90 days? Can I get new receipt number and get new appointment? Is HDFC receipt is tie together with passport number? Please suggest me on this.

You have to wait 90 days or you have to buy new receipt (pay again). No other way.

If I take new HDFC receipt, Do I have to fill out new DS-160 form or I just have to use new receipt while scheduling appointment?

You don't need to fill new DS-160 form.
