  • Query regarding filling form DS 160

Hi, My parents are re-applying for B2 visa to visit their son in April for 2-3 weeks. they were refused the same last year under 214B. currently both their children live in US. this year they wish to come to attend my brother's graduation ceremony in april end. i am on L2 visa and it expires in april too and i'll be going back to India in april.
now my question is: Since i won't be in US during the dates they have mentioned they want to visit US, do i need to mention my name under "immediate relatives in US" in the form DS 160 for my parents?

P.S: Names of both the children were mentioned under the category of "immediate relatives in US" in previous(last year) application form.

    thanks

If you are not going to be living in the U.S. when they apply, they don't have to mention your name.

If asked, they have to just say the truth: You used to live in the U.S. and now you don't.

Fill the form according to whatever the truth would be at the time of the interview.
