Is it required to get your h-1 visa stamped before you sponsor your parents or will the USCIS approval letter work?

H1B Transfer & Visitor Visa Interview

I am planning to change company and have started the H1B transfer.

My parents have an interview for visitor visa in chennai consulate in April 3rd week.

Is it ok for them to still use the docs from old employer....b'cos certainly i wouldn't have received the receipt for the H1B transfer by that time...

No need

No need to have your H1 stamped. Just send down your H1 papers. Your new I94 should be attached to that
