B2 visa got approved PO has taken the passport n its with blue dart now will be receiving after 3-4 days but holi is here,but has to leave early to US as daughter is expecting in 2 weeks, so can i book my tickets. ANY ADVICE

You can book your tickets. If Passport does not arrive in time, you can re-schedule it for some fee (~$100-150)This is my opinion and not legal advice.
