This is Prabu H-1 visa and my wife H-4 visa both are living in LA. I like to invite my father-in-law for tourist visa. I need advice, what the procedure and what doc’s I need from my employer.
My In-law doing own business (very small). In the visa interview what doc’s he has to show to the VO? Please let me know. Thanks
