DS - 157 form questions?

Hi All,
We are planning to apply visitor visa for my in-laws. They are in Delhi and we are required to also fill up DS - 157 form. Any idea where we can find sample or instructions on how to fill this form?
Also, my father-in-law is retired for the past five years but had worked for Police Department of U.P. as sub inspector.
One of the question in DS -157 was to list all the previous employers and then the other question was to check 'Yes' if the person is specialized or trained in firearms / explosives etc...

Please suggest on what /how to answer this questions.

As the details in this form can vary quite a lot from one person to another, it is difficult to come up with sample form or instructions that would be generally useful to large pool of people.

Immihelp, I was requesting information on DS - 157 not DS -156. I already completed DS156 form.

I know you were requesting DS-157. And my answer's first paragraphs refers to DS-157 only.

I don't see why you feel a problem in mentioning your father's arms training as part of DS-157. Infact I think if you do not mention it and your father is asked and it's discovered he was in police, I think that will be a -ive factor as why you hide it. After all the firearms trg is a legit one provided by the govt for law enforcement duties.
