B2 Tourist VISA for Spouse

Hello,

I will be traveling to the US on B1 VISA for a period of 3 weeks sponsored by my company. I intend to take my wife along with me for the travel and I would like to get her a B2 VISA for the same purpose.

When reading procedure to do the above, I came across information which talked about showing bank accounts with sufficient funds.

1. Since my entire stay would be sponsored by my company, how much money would I need to show in my bank account and for how much period.

2. Would my Stock/shares holding, mutual funds holding count as part of the sufficient funds holding ?

Kindly help me with the information.
