Visiting Canada from USA

I am in urgent need of some help regarding this question. I have a business visa to US valid untill 2019. I travel to USA very often on business. I have a travel plan on the 26th April untill May5th to USA and one of my clients in Canada wants me to come over to improve business relations. My question is will I be eligible to apply for a Business/Visitor Visa to Canada from USA during my stay.

Any ones early reply will be highly appreciated.

No. You need to apply from your home country using VFS. If you are staying less than 48 hours, you can apply for a transit visa.
