Hi,
My brother is appearing for his visitor visa interview soon. He is 23 yrs old, just graduated from a reputed college and has accepted a job in Japan. He wants to visit me before joining his job.
Given his situation, what are the chances? He can show ties to India (property, parents) but he is himself leaving India for Japan soon. Plus he is unmarried. He has no intention of staying in the US, he rejected an offer from US in favor of Japan. Our parents have also travelled abroad extensively.
One good thing is that he has visited Europe before.
Any pointers on how to make a strong case? We have looked at the tips/cases on this website but I just wanted to check if people had any advice in this case.
Thx
Hazel
