Business Visa Procedure

Dear Sir/Madam,

My brother who is a Canadian Immigrant wants to do business in US. He has the capital, and we want to be partners. We have $200K to invest in business in US, and the funds are readiliy available.

What are the requirements to get a business visa?

What documents are needed?

Does he need to appear at the consulate or does any paper work need to be filed like a H1 visa?

Business visa is NOT for doing business in US. It is just to explore the possiblities, may be business meetings etc.
