Question on Visitor visa

My current visa expires June 2006. I have also filed for my GC and it will be in labour (LC) approval stage around that time..If i apply for a visitor visa for my parents in march or april 2006, will there be any issues in getting visitor visa
for my parents. (since my visa is expiring on June 2006 and i will be completing 6 yrs on H1-B)

Do you think i will have better chances ( or less problems in visitor visa) if my visa entension is applied by april 2006 ?

Has anyone been in this situation ? Can you please share your experiences if you have faced such situation any suggestions ?

As long as you are in legal status at the time when you sponsor them, it does not matter whether your GC is pending, when your labor was filed, when H1 is expiring etc.
