Immihelp please help regarding visa interview!

Immihelp,
Lets say a person went to Delhi for a visa interview and was rejected there.
Actually he falls under South Jurisdiction but becoz of date problem went to Delhi and got rejected.
Now the same person is going to Chennai in a span of 25 days for another interview. My question is will Chennai COnsulate also have a complete record of what was asked previously in Delhi consulate?
Please help immi.
I know they will have a record of the person but will they have the record of what was asked also?
Anybody else in the forum who knows also please please respond.

What was the reason for denial? Was it b'coz they went to the wrong jurisdiction or was there some other reason?
My parents have an appt in Delhi, though they come under Chennai jurisdiction. I hope they will not have problems!!

Better to go to Chennai jurisdiction only

it is better they go to chennai jurisdiction only because my parents were rejected for no reason. not even one paperwork was seen . only question asked was why did you not go to chennai?
until there is a strong reason and urgency to go to delhi then its ok. but if not then please try in chennai only
you might get lucky to get appointments as early as for next mth.
i was hooked on to the tts website until i found a date for chennai
