Visitor Visa Advice

Hello,
I am new to this forum and have a couple of questions.
My parents are attending for Visa in May at Chennai jurisdiction.

1.My husband is sponsoring for my parents, do I also need(advisable)to submit documents like sponsor letter, invite letter etc. and also my paystubbs.
2.Both my parents are working and I have 2 unmmaried sisters.One sister is in US and the other is studying in India.Do I need to submit my sisters documents who is in US also.
3.My parents are retiring next year, so I thought it would be easier(IS IT???) to get visas before they retire.

Any help & advice is greatly appreciated.
