visa stamped but have not received the passport

Hi,

My aunt got visa stamped at hyderabad on apr29 but she has not received the passport yet. We have called the VFS and they said they have not received the passport from the consulate. Is it normal for them to take so many days if not what are we supposed to do.

It sometimes takes time. It is the peak travel season right now.
