  • I-130 and B1 visa

    Hi,
I filed I-130 and it has been approved to further to National Visa Center. At this stage, is it possible to invite the beneficiary on Visit visa? however, when the beneficiary gets the visit visa, should i notify the NVC for upgrade/change of status after the beneficiary has entered by visit visa?

While thanking you, i await your response.

As the person has already proved the immigrant intent, it would be very difficult for him to get the visitors visa.

If he were to get visitors visa, and visit the U.S., you don't have to inform NVC just because of that.

      Hi everyone.
My I-130 filling is now in NVC stage. I am the assigned agent. My address will change soon. Which of these will i notify about my change of address here in US? NVC or USCIS.
Anyone help me with this information. Thank you
