my mother applied us visitor visa b2 for the wedding of her niece who is us citizen.and my uncle (mother' brother) sponsor my mother for the us visit.beyond that we made an excellent file as shown the tips in immihelp.com .i am very much thankful to the site who give such a wonderful and clear information.when my mother visited the visa officer here is conversation that done with her.

mother:- my brother
v.o:- what he do there?
mother:- taxi driver
v.o:- what your husband do ?
mother:- he expired on 22-1-2010
after that visa officer said that your passport is new and i cannot give you the visa
thats all
what could be the reason behind that?
