Hi,
I'm currently on H1-B in the USA since 2008 (was on F-1 from 2006 - 2008)
My fiance was on F1 from 2007 - 2010 and she went back to India in 2010. She had a job in a reputed firm and quit recently. Currently she is NOT employed (for the last 1 month).
She wants to apply for a tourist visa to visit me for a few weeks in summer. What do you think are her chances?
Our wedding is in Nov. Do you think its worth trying for the tourist visa?
