urgent help needed

My mother got B2 visa on 12 may 2011.we are not able to collect from VFS office mumbai So they handover passport to Blue dart for delivery but due to MP state pincode problem on address they hold it in worli office mumbai(7 days).We donot know about all this thing just we are waiting for passport on home address given in DS -160.Now they call us and told they will send back passport to Mumbai consulate.

My question is that anyone going through this condition and what I need to do now?
How can my mother get passport ?

Ask them send to your address and provide your correct address.

Or ask them to hold wherever it is now, and collect in person.
