Visitors Visa for my sister

I am going to get married here in the US. I would like for my sister to attend the wedding.
My sister is young, employed in IT , single. Our Parents are in India.
They are dependent on her financially.
Any suggestions on how to proceed with plans.
My sister has visited the US couple of years ago on Business visa and returned back withing the time frame that she was supposed to return.
My sister still works with the same company and does own property in India.

Would like to knowyour suggestions as of
- Is it advisable for sponsorship from my side or not?
- any additional documents other than the usual list.
- any other experiences with similar situation.
