Sending either mom or dad for Visitor visa...does it help
Hello,
My parents have gone together twice in the last 3 year and both time the
visa was rejected...this time I was thinking of sending my mom alone for
a visitor visa thinking that atleast the consulate will have some assurance
that she will return(previous denials were the usual 214b) as my dad is
still in India. As unfair as its to my dad, I do not have any option. Once my
mom gets a visa and she stays here and returns back, maybe my dad can
apply. Things have changed quite a bit since the last time they applied,
they have a south east asia trip. congressman letter and some stuff that
I did here that had quite some publicity.
Any suggestions ?
