HELP ON name in PASSPORT AND OFFICE DOCUMENTS

My mom is going for the interview next week and she is obtaining the NOC from her office for the travel. We all know that the Indian official names will be the initial followed by name in most cases whereas the full name will be in the passport.
So the NO objection certification that my mom gets from office will have name as say V.Preetha but her passport will have Preetha Vijaykumar which is an expansion for V. Will this cause any problem for her during the interview?????

Please help as it is very very urgent.

That's no problem.

And for your information, that is not for all Indian names. Only in South India.
