How to place the photo on DS-156

The photo instructions on the DS-156 says "staple or glue photo here". I wanted to know if what is expected at Delhi is this itself, OR is one supposed to just clip the photos to the form. Please advise.

Also even though one photo is asked for, how much is advised to carry along?

Do just as it says in the form, "staple or glue here".

Take 3-4 extra photos just in case.
