Getting appointment for my parents from US

I am sponsoring my parents tourist visa and have provided them all the documents.

Can I also get an appointment for them through the VFS website? I live in US and I have all the information (HDFC receipt number, application barcode numbers etc.).

I am wondering because a few times I have tried to access the website to check the earliest dates available, the webpage did not show any dates to me. Does the website provide information during the working hours only?
