Sister's visitor Visa rejected

Hi,

3 days back my sister had a visa interview and when she told her leave was granted for 3 months from Wipro and she would be travelling for 3 months, her visa was rejected. We are planning to reapply imediately for her. This time can we mention 1 month in the DS 160. What do we say if they ask last time you said 3 months and this time you are saying 1 month.

WE are also planning to tell them that she is doing her MBA via Wipro. Would this help?

She is also an anchor in a regional TV channel. Can we say this too?

Don't try to manipulate the duration of the stay just to try to get the visa. Stick with one duration and be ready to justify why you need that duration.

You can tell about other things she is doing.

What do you think are the chances of approval?
I read at multiple places that young and employed, a valid period is less than a month of travel. What will happen if we ask for 3 weeks?
How soon should we apply. We are thinking of applying in another 3 weeks.

Please help with answers. We badly need help and guidance.
