Can we fax a letter to the consulate?

Hi Immihelp,

My sisters visitor visa got rejected 3 days back. We found some of your sample letter for re applying. Can we use that format, prepare a letter and fax it or email it to the consulate directly. Will they see it before the interview? Please Help with an answer.

The consulate does not have time or resources to match up documents like that.

If you still fax, it will go in trash.
