Can't submit new DS-160?

I filled out a form, got to the confirmation page and had it sent to my e-mail. I haven't printed it out yet, nor have I booked an appointment. I realised, while looking at the confirmation page sent to my e-mail, that I made an error in my application.

I wanted to fill out a new form, but every time I go to the webpage, it goes directly to the confirmation page. I can't find any other way to fill out a new form. Can anyone help? I also still need to fill out a form for my brother, so I'm really confused as to how to do that.
